The Triathlon consists of a swim first, followed by a cycle leg and finally a run, with the distances for each section being determined by age group, as shown in the table below. The swim will take place in the NSC pool, followed by a cycle around the perimeter Race Way and then a run on the main running track with a big inflatable finish gantry.
